Faraz Alam is Director of External Engagements at Proactive Consultancy Group and brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, professional services, business advisory and corporate management.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Faraz has built his career across the United Kingdom, Canada and the Middle East, including experience with KPMG and Al Masaood Energy, together with senior advisory and executive positions within private businesses.
Suhas Kate
Chief Operating Officer
Suhas Kate is the Chief Operating Officer of Proactive Consultancy Group and brings more than 20 years of experience across operations, technology, financial services and business transformation.
Prior to joining the Group, Suhas held senior positions within international technology and financial services organisations, including Virtusa, Barclays, Clear2Pay and SunGard. His experience encompasses business transformation, programme delivery, process improvement, financial technology and the management of large multidisciplinary teams.
Michele Fasolino, ACMA, CGMA
Director, External Engagements
Michele Fasolino is Director, Client Engagements at Proactive Consultancy Group, where he plays a key role in managing the delivery of complex VAT advisory, recovery and dispute engagements.
A qualified management accountant with extensive experience across finance, commercial management and business operations, Michele brings a strong understanding of financial systems, transactional data, management information and the commercial arrangements that often underpin complex VAT matters.
Paul Christou
Director, Business Development
Paul Christou is Director, Business Development at Proactive Consultancy Group, where he is responsible for developing new client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s VAT advisory practice.
Paul works closely with businesses across a range of sectors to understand their VAT challenges and identify circumstances where Proactive Consultancy Group may be able to assist, including historic VAT recovery opportunities, disputed VAT treatments, HMRC assessments and other complex VAT matters.
