Suhas Kate

Chief Operating Officer

Suhas Kate is the Chief Operating Officer of Proactive Consultancy Group and brings more than 20 years of experience across operations, technology, financial services and business transformation.

Prior to joining the Group, Suhas held senior positions within international technology and financial services organisations, including Virtusa, Barclays, Clear2Pay and SunGard. His experience encompasses business transformation, programme delivery, process improvement, financial technology and the management of large multidisciplinary teams.

As Chief Operating Officer, Suhas is responsible for the operational management of the firm, working closely with the Managing Partner and leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of client engagements across the organisation. He oversees internal processes, resource coordination, technology implementation and operational performance, with a particular focus on maintaining quality and consistency as the firm continues to grow.

Suhas brings extensive experience in developing and managing structured operational processes and in using technology to improve efficiency, scalability and service delivery. His background in complex financial-services environments provides the firm with valuable experience in managing high-volume workflows, multidisciplinary teams and business-critical processes.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has undertaken professional training and certifications in areas including project management, agile product management, process improvement and IT service management.
